Rory trained in a ‘big 4’ practice, working in various service lines including Assurance, Risk and Transaction Advisory. He is principal of O’Doherty Advisory and his areas of expertise include business & commercial strategy, funding advice (debt & capital) and deal negotiation. In the past Rory has worked with listed companies in the areas of risk management, reporting to boards on process improvements. He spent a number of years in corporate finance and restructuring working with banks and borrowers on debt and capital resolution. In recent times he has provided strategic advisory services to a range of Irish SME clients where he has focused on growth strategies and fast track value creation. He has held senior financial positions, working with businesses in Ireland, France, Germany, Spain and the UK. Tim has experience across multiple industry sectors including hospitality, property development & construction, automotive and retail. As Senior Manager in O’Doherty Advisory, Katrina works with clients supporting finance and accounting operating models and improving efficiencies.
